I made minestrone soup and want to share because it’s so good and to share with my friends who are vegan. I also want to share with my Ravelry group Yarns at Yinhoo for the December Power Pantry which is onions.
Make homemade white beans and vegetable broth.

Chop and saute the veggies.

The saute veggies, with the homemade vegetable broth and white beans, white wine. Added the cooked elbow macaroni. The seasonings I used are turmeric, Old Bay Seasoning, black pepper, salt, and nutritional yeast.
