Upcycled Coffee Bags make GREAT Hamper!

Upcycled Coffee Bags make great Hamper!

I designed and made this laundry hamper for a customer.

She is giving the hamper to her daughter for a housewarming gift.

Hamper with appliqued letters. Made from recycled commercial size coffee bags. material.

Hamper with appliqued letters. Made from recycled commercial size coffee bags. material. Double layer, the outside is 20″ tall and 16″ wide and deep. The lining is made from the same coffee bag material.

I made it 16” square and 20” tall with lid. All the seams are turned so that they are hidden between outer layer and inner layer.

On the lid I used hook-n-loop for the closure at the front of the lid.

The handles are built-in on the sides.

The handles are my own design that I call “finger-tuck” handles.
